Things To Know About Your Event Rental

If you’re reading this then you have ordered a rental for your event.  Here are a couple of reminders to make sure everything goes smoothly:

CANCELLATION / RAIN POLICY:

 To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 5 days before the start of your event. You will be refunded the amount paid minus a $20 credit card processing fee. Cancellation of the event with less than 5 days’ notice forfeits the entire deposit.

Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of the event with at least 5 days’ notice may entitle you to use all of your deposit towards a rescheduled event at our discretion and will be valid for one year. Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.

WEATHER POLICY

We allow weather cancellations up to the day before your event.  We will contact you the day before with delivery confirmation. Please let us know at that time if you wish to cancel. Once the equipment is delivered and set up, we will not issue any refund. Postponement/rescheduling of the event may entitle you to use all of your deposit towards a  rescheduled event at our discretion and will be valid for up to one year from the originally scheduled event. Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. If you do not wish to reschedule an event due to weather, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a $20 credit card processing fee.

 

REMAINING BALANCE:

If you only paid the deposit for your rental, the remaining balance is due the day before your event. An invoice will be emailed and a text will be sent. This helps us ensure that there are no delays in delivery.

 

TABLES & CHAIRS: 

If you are renting tables and chairs, they will be delivered and stacked near the area you will need them. Our crew does not typically set them up otherwise we get behind on other deliveries. We’ll stack the tables and chairs for you and would appreciate it if you had them stacked the same way when we pick up. If you need us to set up and break down the tables and chairs, let us know so we can add time in the schedule for an additional 50 cents per table or chair.

 

SPACE: 

Please measure your setup area to make sure everything will fit as we cannot be responsible if there’s not enough room for the rentals you selected. We must be able to make it through your gate/entrance with at least 4-foot clearance.

 

GRASS: 

Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than 2 days before we set up.

 

PREPARING THE AREA: 

Here are a few things you will need to do before we arrive:

  1. Please pick up ALL animal waste from your yard.
  2. Pick up any sharp objects, sticks, jagged rocks, toys, pine cones, etc.
  3. Trim any low branches near the area the inflatable will be set up.
  4. Know where your underground utilities, sprinklers, etc. run.

 

POWER: 

You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 100 feet of your set-up area. If you are renting a bounce house typically 1 regular wall outlet will do the job.

 

STAKES: 

We drive stakes into the ground to secure most equipment. Please know where your piped and water lines run.

 

SPRINKLERS: 

We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have a sprinkler system please let us know where not to stake.

 

PARKS/ CLUBHOUSES/ PUBLIC AREAS: 

f your event is at a park, clubhouse, or public area other than your residence, please be sure to inform us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permission, permits, and certificate of insurance if they require it. You can obtain a certificate of insurance from us. Please allow 5 days to obtain this certificate.

 

LEAVING EQUIPMENT: 

Equipment cannot be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be voided (if applicable). This also means that if your event is at a park, you cannot leave the park before we pickup the equipment.
